trustfire replacement driver
« on: June 19, 2020, 02:22:14 AM »
I have a Trustfire 3x T6 XM-L2 3800LM light with a bad driver. It only functions on steady settings, no flash. I bought a replacement but the unit sent was not the same as the unit advertised and would not drive the light hard enough so it was dim. I think it was rated at 2500mA.
I was told the unit I ordered was no longer available and I can no longer find an ad with that pictured.
The light is rated at 4500mA on high.
I find drivers for XHP70 beads of 6-15V @4500mA and 5000mA. I am using 2x 18650 batteries. Which is the best replacement?

Hard to recommend a good replacement driver without knowing more details like driver diameter and switching (mechanical tail switch or electronic side switch).

In the US look at for the best drivers available. If overseas, check banggood or kaidomain.
